Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Insurance Licensing: Must hold or be able to obtain the requisite Minnesota branch agency license.

Experience: Strong background in insurance sales; previous leadership experience is an asset.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on positive client interaction.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.

Strategic Thinking: Able to devise and implement successful agency strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Customer Focused: A genuine passion for helping clients meet their insurance needs.

Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to thrive and maintain productivity in a hybrid-remote work environment.

Tech Proficient: Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance sales technologies.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the agency, ensuring alignment with District 54 Insurance's goals.

Team Management: Oversee, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team and individual performance, implementing improvement plans where necessary.

Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
