Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Adaptability: Proficiency in adapting to new systems and processes.

Drive: A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales management field.

Technology: Familiarity with digital tools and CRM software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Learning: Engage in comprehensive training sessions to understand the intricacies of insurance products and sales strategies.

Client Interaction: Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships by participating in meetings and follow-ups under the guidance of experienced agents.

Sales Assistance: Provide support in developing and executing sales strategies, contributing to client retention and acquisition.

Administrative Tasks: Help in the day-to-day operations including managing paperwork and client databases efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and learning collaboratively from experienced professionals.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of District 54 Insurance’s offerings to effectively support the sales process.
