Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Enrolled in or willingness to obtain an active Minnesota Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential.

Customer Focused: A passion for meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations.

Adaptable: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment with flexibility and self-motivation.

Teamwork: Cooperative nature, enhancing team dynamics through positive collaboration.

Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication and excellent service.

Policy Understanding: Develop an in-depth knowledge of various insurance products to advise clients effectively.

Needs Analysis: Conduct client assessments to determine their insurance needs and make appropriate recommendations.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales objectives by developing leads, making sales presentations, and closing deals.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that best meet the financial and lifestyle needs of clients.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
