Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensed or Willing to Obtain Licensing – Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and assistance available).

Responsibilities

Leading & Developing a Winning Team – Hire, coach, and inspire sales professionals to maximize performance and agency growth.

Driving Sales & Business Growth – Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Build long-term client relationships and help individuals, families, and businesses secure the protection they need.

Overseeing Business Operations – Manage agency performance, track key financial metrics, and optimize daily workflows to ensure profitability.

Networking & Community Leadership – Attend local business events, build partnerships, and make a meaningful impact in East Grand Forks.

Planning for Long-Term Success – Develop growth strategies that position your agency for sustained success and expansion.
