Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must obtain an insurance agent license upon employment.

Experience: Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service and care to customers.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in both in-office and remote work environments.

Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collectively with a team to achieve common goals.

Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage time effectively and prioritize workload in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Sales Training: Participate actively in comprehensive training programs designed to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their insurance and financial needs.

Assistance in Sales Strategy: Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective sales strategies and identify new sales opportunities.

Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust client base.

Administrative Support: Manage paperwork, document client interactions, and maintain a detailed customer relationship management system.

Community Involvement: Participate in community events and outreach to promote District 54 Insurance services and establish a visible presence.
