Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Building & Leading a Winning Team – Recruit and train high-energy sales professionals who are passionate about helping clients.

Driving Business Growth – Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to expand your client base and increase profitability.

Providing Best-in-Class Customer Service – Build strong relationships and ensure clients receive personalized guidance and support.

Managing Day-to-Day Agency Operations – Oversee performance, analyze market trends, and ensure operational efficiency.

Engaging with the Local Community – Attend events, network with business owners, and establish a strong local presence.

Creating Long-Term Business Strategies – Set the vision for agency growth and success while adapting to industry trends.
