Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to attain relevant insurance licensing as required by the state of Minnesota.

Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage potential clients.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment, with the discipline to manage responsibilities effectively.

Learning Agility: A keenness to absorb new information and adapt to industry changes.

Customer-Focused: A genuine interest in helping clients with their insurance needs, ensuring a personalized and attentive service.

Computer Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications and willing to learn specialized CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Form and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and crafting appropriate solutions.

Sales Growth: Actively participate in district sales initiatives to increase the client base and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Policy Education: Educate clients about various insurance policies, helping them to make informed decisions.

Lead Management: Diligently manage and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients and position our agency as a preferred provider.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior agents and the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches and campaigns.

Professional Development: Continuously improve professional skills by attending workshops and networking events relevant to the insurance industry.
