Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Aspiring candidates should have, or be willing to obtain, a Minnesota Property & Casualty License.

Experience: While no prior insurance sales experience is required, a foundation in customer service or sales is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing top-notch service to clients and understanding their unique needs.

Adaptability: Ability to work both in-person in Milaca and remotely, maintaining consistent productivity and focus.

Team Collaboration: Willingness to engage with team members, contribute to a positive work environment, and share insights.

Tech Proficiency: Comfort in using CRM software and virtual communication tools for effective client management and communication.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our range of insurance products.

Advisor Role: Provide expertise and insights to potential and current clients regarding suitable insurance solutions.

Portfolio Management: Assist in managing and growing client accounts by understanding their insurance needs.

Sales Initiatives: Participate actively in sales strategies to meet individual and team sales goals.

Networking: Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the District 54 Insurance brand.

Knowledge Development: Regularly update oneself on insurance products and industry trends to advise clients better.
