Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous sales or management experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and tailor solutions.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt in a hybrid work environment, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, fostering positive relationships.

Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to excel in a sales management career.

Responsibilities

Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn about District 54 Insurance's products and sales strategies.

Mentorship: Work closely with experienced agents to gain insights into effective sales techniques and customer engagement.

Client Interaction: Assist in managing existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new needs.

Lead Generation: Help identify and cultivate potential leads to expand our client base.

Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

Sales Reporting: Contribute to weekly sales meetings by providing updates and feedback on various initiatives.
