Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Tech Proficiency: Competence with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work both from the office in Princeton, MN, and remotely as needed.
Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability or potential to lead and develop a sales team.
Agent Development: Mentor and support newer agents, guiding them to achieve their sales targets and professional growth.
Territory Management: Oversee and optimize sales operations within the designated region, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members to foster collaborative success.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on sales figures, agent performance, and regional market conditions.
Training Coordination: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
