Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain necessary Minnesota insurance licenses within a specified period.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, management, or customer service roles is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Motivation: A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop within the insurance industry.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks efficiently.

Team Participation: Willingness to work collaboratively within a team, supporting fellow agents and contributing to team goals.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior agents to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs.

Assisting with Client Acquisition: Support senior agents in identifying potential clients and facilitating introductory meetings.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Learning and Growth: Actively engage in ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions for client needs.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
