Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or management roles is advantageous.

Licensing: Must be willing to obtain relevant insurance and sales licenses.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to work in both office and remote environments, maintaining productivity and team collaboration.

Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members towards achieving set goals.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Training Participation: Actively participate in training programs to enhance understanding of company products and sales techniques.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate competition in the region.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to leverage their expertise and insights in achieving sales targets.
