Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Interest in obtaining an insurance license is required.

Experience: Entry-level position; previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Customer-Oriented: A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering personalized service.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client situations and provide appropriate recommendations.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with prospective and current clients, understanding their insurance requirements and offering valuable guidance.

Sales Support: Assist senior insurance agents in crafting customized insurance solutions that align with client needs.

Administrative Duties: Manage paperwork, documentation, and ensure client information is up-to-date within our CRM systems.

Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and changes to effectively support clients and offer informed insights.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to bolster loyalty and trust.

Professional Development: Undertake continuous learning and training to refine insurance knowledge and sales strategies.
