Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Insurance License is an advantage, but not required for application. Training and support for licensing will be provided.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote setup.

Motivation: A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and sales success.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network to foster business growth and client retention.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, contributing to personal and organizational growth.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client engagements, and market insights to inform decision-making processes.
