Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License

Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance or sales roles is highly desirable

Customer Focused: Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting client needs

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem Solving: Ability to identify solutions and resolve issues effectively

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related technology tools

Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging networking and referral strategies to expand our client base.

Client Consultation: Provide tailored insurance consultations to businesses, understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate policies.

Policy Management: Oversee policy renewals and amendments, ensuring clients receive optimal coverage at competitive rates.

Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and ensuring efficient outcomes.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of the latest trends and changes in the insurance market to maintain a competitive edge.
