Requirements

Licensed or Willing to Obtain Licensing – Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and assistance available).

Responsibilities

Develop & Manage a Winning Sales Team – Recruit, coach, and motivate agents to exceed sales targets and grow their books of business.

Drive Revenue & Business Growth – Implement proven sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.

Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Foster trust with customers and the community to ensure long-term success.

Oversee Daily Sales Operations – Manage agency performance, track key metrics, and drive results.

Engage in Community & Business Networking – Represent Farmers Insurance at local events, business meetings, and networking opportunities.

Plan for Long-Term Agency Growth – Set ambitious goals and develop scalable strategies to position your agency for future success.
