Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active MN Property & Casualty License is highly recommended.

Experience: A background in insurance sales or similar roles is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication prowess.

Customer Focused: A genuine dedication to client satisfaction and needs.

Remote Work Adaptability: Capable of maintaining productivity and collaboration in a remote setting.

Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative spirit, fostering positive team dynamics.

Technological Competence: Proficient with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively reach out and engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.

Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand the clients' needs and recommend insurance solutions that best suit them.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance clients' coverage portfolios.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and emerging insurance products to provide the best advice to clients.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a coherent and unified client experience.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
