Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Office management, scheduling coordination, setting appointments a plus.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and team members.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage positively with diverse individuals and build relationships.

Organizational Skills: Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive Attitude: Initiative to seek out new and innovative recruitment strategies.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent by effectively strategizing recruitment plans to meet the organization's needs and culture.

Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and industry contacts to generate a pipeline of potential hires.

Onboarding Support: Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to keep the recruitment team updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
