Experience: A minimum of 3 years in insurance sales or a related field.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team to success.

Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives for the insurance sector.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
