Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in sales with at least 2 years of experience in a sales management role or similar position.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities are essential to motivate the sales team and drive performance.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to engage with clients and team members effectively.

Customer Focused: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and understanding client needs is crucial.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to overcome sales challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.

Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales software applications.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics and enhance performance by providing feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
