In this role, youll lead and motivate a sales team, set and track performance goals, assist with client acquisition and retention, and personally sell and cross-sell multiple products including auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance.

Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to proven sales processes
Property & Casualty license a plus we offer paid licensing support
Base pay $17/hr plus commission and bonuses, with top performers averaging $25$35+/hr
