Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Life Insurance

• Must be coachable and open to feedback no egos, just growth

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong internal drive to succeed

• Comfortable with sales, cold outreach, and building client relationships

• Able to follow a proven system while also thinking creatively

• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and digitally

• Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses (we help cover the part of the cost)

• Clean background check and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using both warm leads and self-generated outreach

• Educate clients on insurance options including auto, home, life, and business policies

• Design personalized coverage solutions that truly protect families, not just check a box

• Maintain consistent follow-up and top-tier client service before, during, and after the sale

• Operate like an entrepreneur: track goals, manage daily activity, and continuously improve

• Collaborate with the district team and leverage mentorship to accelerate your learning curve

• Represent Farmers Insurance with integrity, professionalism, and a hunger to win
