This role focuses on assisting customers with their insurance policies, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, as we serve a large Latino client base
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM software
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Be willing to acquire Insurance Producer License
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, including policy updates, claims assistance, and billing questions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and recommending additional products based on their needs
  • Manage client files, update policy information, and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office visits with professionalism and care
  • Process payments, policy renewals, and endorsements with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for auto, home, and life insurance products
  • Schedule follow-up calls and meetings to ensure clients’ insurance needs are consistently met
  • Help resolve any issues related to claims or coverage questions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments
  • Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the overall efficiency of the agency
