We’re an independent, multi-state personal lines insurance brokerage that serves clients in 28 states, powered by a team of 10 talented agents and an outstanding support staff

Your Mission

To retain, serve, and grow our valued book of business by being the trusted go-to for your clients—answering their questions, reviewing their coverage, solving problems, and uncovering opportunities to protect what matters most.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct thoughtful annual reviews and make personalized coverage recommendations
  • Rewrite policies to retain clients amid rate or carrier changes
  • Cross-sell additional lines (umbrella, renters, toys, etc.) to fill coverage gaps
  • Help clients navigate billing and claims with clarity and compassion
  • Keep meticulous notes and documentation in our agency management system
  • Promote our referral program and reinforce why clients love working with Direct Insurance Services
  • Update contact records and ensure each touchpoint reflects our agency’s values
  • Champion our Core Values: Do the Right Thing, Create Brand Advocates, Truth & Transparency, Growth, and Accountability


You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Are friendly, upbeat, and naturally helpful with a high attention to detail
  • Have a Colorado Property & Casualty license and at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Are confident conducting reviews, making coverage recommendations, and solving problems
  • Can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and self-manage daily responsibilities
  • Are comfortable working on a computer all day, using software tools and quoting systems
  • Value personal and professional growth and want to be part of a driven, team-first culture
