We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Service/Sales Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll be empowered to assist with service needs, support sales, and be actively involved in the community. Whether you're answering phones or helping organize client events, your presence will be a vital part of our daily success.

• Base pay: $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

• Less than one year of experience needed, but a strong willingness to learn
• Active Insurance License OR Willing to get a License within 90 days of start date
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with policy or payment questions
• Maintain and organize client records, both digital and physical
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
• Represent the agency at community events and client appreciation functions
• Refer leads into the office or sell lines of insurance you’re licensed for
