Insurance Sales Producer (Closers Only)

We’re looking for a Sales Producer whose job is simple: take qualified appointments, present solutions, and close business.

No chasing dead leads. No guessing.

You’ll be working with pre-qualified appointments set by our SDR team, so you can focus on what matters — building trust, creating urgency, and winning deals.

Base salary + uncapped commission

Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding production goals

Consistent flow of qualified appointments (no dry pipeline)

Income is directly tied to your performance — no ceiling

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
