We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Telemarketer who is hungry, competitive, and ready to outwork the next person. Your job is simple: get on the phones, connect with homeowners, ask a few key qualifying questions, and set solid appointments for our sales team to close.
No fluff. No overcomplication. Just execution.
This role is built for someone who wants to win. You’ll be paid a base salary plus commission on every sale that comes from the appointments you set — along with bonuses for every qualified appointment and additional bonuses when those appointments actually show up.

Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
Positive attitude with high energy and a team-first mindset
Coachable and willing to follow proven scripts and systems
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent throughout the day
Organized and able to manage call volume, notes, and follow-ups effectively
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
