• Active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Proven Sales Experience – 2+ years preferred; experience in mortgage, banking, or B2B sales is a major plus

• Excellent Communication Skills – You know how to ask the right questions, listen closely, and present with impact
• Self-Motivated & Disciplined – You work well independently, manage your pipeline, and don’t wait to be told what to do
