1. 2+ years of licensed customer service experience
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients at once
4. Friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented—you love helping people
5. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and digital scheduling systems
6. Interest in a long-term career—willing to pursue insurance licensing (with agency support)
7. Able to work in-person and be an active, collaborative part of our growing team

• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders—handling questions, changes, billing issues, and claims support.
• Deliver a world-class client experience that builds trust and loyalty
• Support sales operations by preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with follow-ups
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional coverage options based on client needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
• Collaborate closely with sales producers and leadership to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Help build and maintain referral relationships with clients and community partners
