At our agency, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their peace of mind through personalized service. We are currently seeking a Licensed Agency Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier insurance products and services.
Applicants start with a $21 base hourly rate plus 3-10% commission on written premiums per the pay plan terms. Average annual total compensation is $50,000 with increased potential based on productivity/number of sold products.

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain an insurance license in Washington state.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information and insurance policies.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Sales: Assist clients with policy inquiries & issuance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Client Engagement: Establish rapport with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.
Policy Guidance: Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options and help clients select plans best suited to their individual requirements.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on insurance products, industry updates, and market trends to educate clients effectively.
