Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
● Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
● Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
● Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
● Must be coachable
● Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
● Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
● Must be motivated and determined
● Must be licensed (Don't worry, we can help you with this!)

Yes, but don’t worry—The Chicagoland District will help you get all the licenses you need to hit the ground running.
4) Is this a commission-only role?
No way! We offer a base salary with uncapped commission potential and great bonuses, giving you plenty of financial security.
