Job Overview
Up to $3000 in Hiring Bonus if currently P&C licensed. Looking for a great career sales opportunity? Insurance sales representatives are in demand. The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to both existing and prospective clients. Success in this role is based on individual motivation with a hunger to win.
We pay a competitive base salary with commission opportunities and room for growth! Salary plus commission and bonus 55-80K first year.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!

Requirements
- Will need to work towards licenses including: P&C and Life and Disability. We will help you!

- Must be a highly motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented individual
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience as a team player with a ''can-do'' attitude
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Present and explain product options based upon client needs and personal goals
- Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities
- Promote the agency referral program
- Maintain knowledge of new products
