This can easily turn into a production-based role…not an administrative role. We provide a highly competitive compensation plan that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, along with the security of being a part of an award-winning team with industry-leading benefits!

Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Enthusiastic and high energy.
  • A positive, professional image and an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Quality customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, one-on-one, within a team and over the phone.
  • Ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Persistent, competitive and a good work ethic.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to internet and phone inquiries from customers with timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism. 
  • Generate appointments. 
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis. 
  • Guide customers. 
  • Assist customers with finding the insurance that meets their needs by using current needs and future needs.  
  • Work with management to effectively sell and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance the sales process by providing information  
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction with their experience.
