Service Agents: Discuss with our clients about Car/Home insurance including vehicle changes, coverage changes, billing questions, and cross selling new products. Service agents must have a level of professional confidence and knowledge. We're looking out for the best interest of our clients. Strong follow up needed and ability to delight customers so we can ask for referrals. 

Sales Agents: Ability to discuss insurance with clients/prospects AND close business. Generally need wit and personality and understand the value we bring. Sales agents can make a lot more for those that excel and in addition, can be promoted to having your own insurance practice with District Manager approval. 

Starting pay for positions at entry level if $18/hr and increases with experience. Our compensation is just as competitive as the call centers with a fraction of the stress and volume. 

Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits

Current Property and Causality or Personal Lines Insurance license with the Dept. of Insurance in California. 

If not yet license, must be able to obtain within 30 days. Must be good at test taking or studying. 

Backgrounds that are helpful are Psychology majors, Business majors, Accounting majors, Real estate, Communication majors, Marketing majors. Must have a 2.8 GPA 

A strong background in Sales or Customer Service is helpful. 

Talk with clients and prospects and grow the client base by attracting new clients or adding policies for existing clients. 

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
