We are a small, established insurance agency seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can confidently service existing clients, identify cross-sell opportunities, and assist with life insurance appointment setting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, client relationships, and working in a professional, low-bureaucracy environment. The CSR must be comfortable working alone in the office on some occasions.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Active California Property & Casualty license (required)
Insurance agency experience preferred
Comfortable discussing coverage and asking discovery questions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable working alone in an office environment
Basic computer skills (agency management systems, email, texting)
Service existing personal and commercial insurance clients
Process policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage reviews
Identify cross-sell opportunities and introduce additional lines of coverage
Set and confirm life insurance appointments
Conduct outbound follow-ups on coverage opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service
Work independently in the office when scheduled
