We’re hiring an Insurance Sales Rep to support both new business growth and client servicing in a relationship-focused environment. You will work directly with clients to educate them on coverage, review policies, and provide tailored solutions while maintaining strong follow-up and communication. You’ll work a Mon-Fri schedule with evenings and weekends off, receive warm leads, and be part of a supportive, family-oriented team that values your contributions and growth.

  • $17-$19 per hour based on experience

  • An active 4-40 license is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop insurance quotes and close new business
  • Review and explain coverage options to clients
  • Conduct policy reviews and updates
  • Make outbound calls and follow up consistently
  • Provide excellent service to new and existing clients
