• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Relevant insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain).

• Sales & Client Consultation: Identify potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate policies.
• Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting, modifying, and renewing insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop new business by networking, cold calling, referrals, and following up on leads.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, handle policy adjustments, and assist with claims processing.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new insurance products to better serve clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and policy sales comply with legal regulations and company policies.
