Assisting with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and assessments to identify mechanical problems.
Learning to perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and transmission flushes.
Developing knowledge of how to repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts.
Using diagnostic equipment to identify automotive problems and understanding how to use the findings to make effective repairs.
Working under the guidance of experienced technicians to understand the use of all automotive diagnostic equipment and resources.
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by ensuring tools, equipment, and supplies are returned to proper locations.
Learning to interpret and understand information from repair manuals, technical manuals, and schematics.
Assisting with the ordering and procurement of automotive parts and supplies as needed.
Adhering to all safety protocols and standards of the workshop.
