Valid Mississippi Driver's License.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Comfortable with technology, including dealership CRM systems.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicles.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, arranging test drives.

Guide customers through financing and insurance options, working with our finance team.

Maintain a follow-up process to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future opportunities.

Keep up-to-date with new models, features, and promotions.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
