Compensation

This is a SALES POSITION and most SALES people make their money through SALES. Compensation will be base, new business commissions, and renewals.

Job Requirements

• Be outgoing, fearless, and coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as set by the agency
• Prospect for new business though cold calls, working leads, setting the proper follow-ups, social media, and occasional vendor booth set-ups.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
