We're looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Producer to join our team in Bowling Green. In this role, you'll focus on prospecting, quoting, and closing new personal and commercial lines accounts while helping clients protect what matters most. You'll have access to top-rated carriers, a supportive team, and proven systems but you'll be expected to take initiative, build relationships, and produce results.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Active Kentucky Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• 1+ year of insurance or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas
• Comfortable networking and building relationships with referral sources (realtors, lenders, contractors, etc.)
• Strong local knowledge of Bowling Green and surrounding communities

• Prospect for new clients through outbound calls, social media, referrals, and networking
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and small business insurance policies
• Follow up with leads and maintain active pipelines in CRM
• Build relationships with referral sources (realtors, lenders, dealerships, etc.)
• Educate clients on coverage options and identify protection gaps
• Track sales activity and submit regular reports to management
• Deliver excellent customer experience before and after the sale
