What We’re Looking For:

• Active Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Sales experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Experience in Medicare supplements is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Educate clients on life, health, and Medicare supplement insurance options
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads through referrals and networking
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and compliance regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients
