Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Licensing:

• An active insurance license in Washington is required.

Experience:

• Background in sales or insurance is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key. We can teach the sales, we can't teach attitude, drive, and desire to succeed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
