Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

You Bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—licensing assistance provided)
  • Series 6, 63 or 65 licenses is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs

  • Support day-to-day agency operations
