The David Williams Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our Agent in Training Program. This opportunity is designed for professionals who want a structured path into the insurance industry with hands-on experience, leadership development, and long-term career potential. As an Agent in Training, you’ll gain practical exposure to agency operations, sales, and client relationship management while being supported by experienced leaders. This role is intended to prepare individuals for future advancement, including agency leadership and ownership opportunities.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
