Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $55,000 and with your monthly bonuses attained, you should expect to be around $75,000+ for the year

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $58,000 and our top earners made $95,000+ last year."

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Licensing: Active Missouri Insurance License required

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or relevant field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote setting maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.

Sales Calls: Manage outbound sales calls in a professional manner, providing information and guidance to potential clients.

Policy Recommendations: Recommend and customize insurance policies based on client needs and preferences.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to benefit clients.

Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer informed advice to clients.
