Consulting with Clients: Meeting with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, assess risks, and recommend suitable insurance policies.
Providing Quotes and Policy Information: Delivering detailed quotes and explaining coverage options, terms, premiums, deductibles, and exclusions.
Building Relationships: Nurturing long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and personalized service to encourage renewals and cross-selling.
2. Sales and policy development
Prospecting for New Business: Actively seeking new clients through referrals, networking, marketing, and other lead generation strategies.
Creating Custom Policies: Tailoring insurance policies to meet the unique needs and budgets of individual clients.
Handling Sales and Renewals: Guiding clients through the sales process, including application completion and handling policy renewals.
3. Policy management and administration
Processing Applications: Ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and submitted to the insurance company.
Managing Policy Changes: Assisting clients with policy modifications, including changes to coverage limits, adding or removing insured items, or adjusting other policy terms.
Maintaining Client Records: Keeping detailed and organized records of client interactions, policies, and renewals while adhering to privacy regulations.
