What You'll Get:

Base commission + monthly/annual bonus programs

$5,000 signing bonus (upon full-time appointment)

$6,000 exterior branding support

$500/month in lead credits (via Agency Growth Program)

Access to Kraft Lake Insurance to write hard-to-place business

Full University of Farmers training and mentorship

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Must be Life and/or Property & Casualty licensed (or willing to obtain)

What You'll Do:

Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products

Prospect and build client relationships through community outreach, networking, and referrals

Educate clients about insurance options tailored to their needs

Follow up on leads provided through Farmers' programs

Manage policy renewals and provide outstanding customer service
