If you have a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any client-facing role, well train you from the ground up. Well even pay for you to get your insurance license!

Youll start with a competitive base salary and have the opportunity to earn commissions during your first year.

Already Licensed and Experienced? Even Better!

If youre currently licensed and looking for a new opportunity, youll start at a negotiated base salary based on your experience, with top performers earning additional commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing insurance agency. This role plays a key part in maximizing positive client experiences by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting policyholders throughout their customer journey. You'll act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, contributing to both customer satisfaction and agency growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Deliver exceptional service by responding to client inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding personal and commercial insurance products.
  • Build rapport with customers to increase retention and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Assist with the annual policy review process, offering tailored recommendations based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in accordance with agency procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients during the claims process, providing status updates and advocating on their behalf.
  • Sales & Policy Support:
  • Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies in accordance with agency sales goals.
  • Conduct basic field underwriting and risk analysis to ensure coverage recommendations align with company guidelines.
  • Review renewal policies and take appropriate action to retain the business.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for products such as auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
  • Administrative & Compliance Duties:
  • Ensure compliance with company and agency operational guidelines and underwriting procedures.
  • Maintain licensing requirements by obtaining Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses within six (6) months of hire (if not already licensed).

  • Support general office operations and perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Insurance experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to obtain P&C and Life/Health licenses within six months (agency-paid training and licensing available)
