Hands on Training

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but training available.
• A Life and Health license is preferred but training available.
• Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred or similar line of business.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual with career vision.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Mandarin speaking required.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Delegate responsibilities and promote professional office conduct.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction: respond to queries, solicit further sales, and problem resolution.
